STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY
The goal of this school is to assist each child in making a successful transition from elementary school to high school. We, the faculty and staff, expect to accomplish this by providing a variety of exploratory and educational experiences that are both nurturing and challenging with the hope of developing each child’s potential in the following areas: mental; physical; emotional; social; creative. A middle school should create an atmosphere whereby a student has the chance to become the type of individual who is a productive, creative, self‑reliant and responsible citizen.
As the teachers and role models for students, we are aware that we must have commitment to education, demonstrate initiative when solving problems, be patient with students, be cooperative and show respect for each other and our students.
